About us
A young company, in a trade that is not.
The founder
Fine Constructor is a young company. The experience behind it is not: its founder, Kader Yahiya, has been carrying out renovations in Brussels for 25 years. Both facts are stated separately, exactly as they are.
How we work
We take projects end to end, with one point of contact. No chain of subcontractors: you speak to the same person from the first drawing to handover.
Brussels and all of Belgium
We work across the nineteen Brussels municipalities — Schaerbeek, where our office is, as much as Ixelles or Uccle — and beyond that across Belgium. For a first estimate we come and look. That costs you nothing, and it saves us both a quote that makes no sense.
